		<title><![CDATA[ Re: The importance of regular oil changes to your car or truck. ]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[ I have several 1985 BMWs with 200k to 300k miles on them.  I insist on changing the oil and filter(BMW only part) every 2k to 3k miles.  At the high miles end of things, the ring wear allows for more blow by from the combustion chamber and the oil degrades faster.  Doing regular changes keeps the little, sweet BMW engines purring along.  These cars, after 25 years of hard driving, still get 26 to 30 mpg city and 28 to 34 mpg highway.<br />
